Parking changes due to COVID-19
Apr 7, 2020
Valet parking has re-opened at North Hospital for VCU Massey Cancer Center outpatient visits on the MCV Campus. Valet parking at Massey was temporarily closed in order to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 infection.
Massey patients coming for outpatient appointments, radiation treatments or infusion treatments should come to the North Hospital entrance at 1300 E. Marshall Street.
Massey patients who are self-parking will be directed to park in the nearby Goodwin Research Laboratory parking garage. Valet staff will be available in the deck to assist patients with wheelchairs, if needed, and to direct them from the parking garage to the entrance of North Hospital and to their appointment.
Upon entrance, all patients and visitors will undergo screening for COVID-19 and must wear a face mask at all times.
For all other appointments at VCU Medical Center, patients should proceed to the visitor parking deck at 550 N 12th Street. If assistance is needed, team members will be present to escort patients to their appointments.
